Midway Baptist Church in Gulf Breeze, FL was in need of a new website that had more features and capabilities than the templated site they had with a hosting company specialized in church websites. I built them a new website that someone on staff could edit as needed. The new website included a sermon archive, password protected content, playlists, an events calendar and a more modern look and feel.

DivineDesignDiscipleship.com
This site was created on a WordPress platform using several plugins to enable publishing of selected content to members based on assigned role. Plugins were used to enable ecommerce, podcasting, and newsletter notification to members.
After 10 years of faithful service the site was redesigned in late 2020 to better feature and promote the podcast. The podcast was submitted to several syndication platforms.
Living the Faith Ministry
Living the Faith Ministry desires to reach people in the innermost parts of Africa with the gospel of Jesus Christ. I was pleased to help this non-profit organization with a logo freshening, website redesign, a couple print pieces they needed to further that goal. The website is built on a WordPress platform and includes a MailChimp integration, donation platform, and is ready for their growth going forward.
firstfruits ministries Light the Way Home Initiative
Long-time client firstfruits ministries asked me to create product labeling for a candle initiative they were to begin in the Fall of 2020. The initiative, called Light the Way Home, is anchored by scented candles that will be sold to generate revenue for safe affordable housing for at-risk women. The project included labeling and tags for two different candle types, a leave-behind two-sided information card, and a POS tabletop piece.
You can learn more about the Light the Way Home initiative and purchase candles on their website. Click on the image below to view a gallery of the created pieces.

Turning Point Foundation
Turning Point (TP) is a non-profit, Christ-centered drug and alcohol recovery center for men located in Thorsby, AL. TP had a website built in Joomla that they found inflexible and difficult to update. After visiting the center and meeting with the staff, the new site was moved to a new domain name on a different host with a WordPress CMS.
The project involved photography, information architecture, SEO, design and domain management skills. TP staff was trained to do basic editing tasks before launch. Branding was created by Ad Spark.
first fruits ministries
Entering a new chapter in the life of the first fruits ministry required a new and improved web site. The previous site was built years ago and needed to be modernized and made easier to use. I was pleased to continue working with them to improve their e-commerce and marketing capabilities while helping them maintain the flavor of the original site and branding.
The design is cleaner, more modern and built on a responsive platform that adjusts for mobile devices. They have a blog, an integrated shopping cart and newsletter capability. They also added social media. In addition, responsive email templates were created to reflect the new feel of the brand.

OakMountainWomen.org
Built on WordPress using a premium theme, this site is designed to facilitate communication among and between the women of Oak Mountain Church. I helped their editorial committee with the setup, design, and function of the site. After some training, the committee is now responsible for the content and upkeep. The site includes plugins for recommending books, editorial flow, photo stream, security, SEO and other standard functions.
